So was looking throughout the week an ways of just being healthier and finding motivation. I came across this article and video on Men’s Health. Pretty much its for people like me who have an extremely hard time performing pull-ups. Now don’t get me wrong I can do a few, but after like five, i’m out. So I was looking at this article and saying “hey why not?”. So I’m posting this as my one week challenge. I’m posting this video and links to the article. I’ll be doing this all week starting today and next Selfie Sunday i shall let you know if it works. Here’s to trying something new.
